📦 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for return or exchange.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

  • Customised or made-to-order products

🔄 Exchanges

You may request an exchange for:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged product (with photo proof)

We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • We are unable to deliver the product

  • You have returned an eligible product and requested a refund instead of exchange

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping cost (upon valid proof).
